Orders Failed To Deliver

If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed by you, it’ll be returned to the return address of shipping carrier.

GGFA will reach out to you to find out if you want us to reship the order, and if so, we will ask you to confirm your address.

You are responsible or additional shipping costs for addresses that were submitted 

incorrect, incomplete, or illegible.
