Change of Mind Returns Policy

If you haven’t yet made your purchase and you are unsure about anything in your order, feel free to contact us to help you find the perfect product. We encourage you to check in with us for a personalized recommendation and your peace of mind!

Change of mind:

If you change your mind or make a mistake in your order you have 7 days from product delivery date to contact us in writing (via email or the online form). If accepted, you’ll be instructed on where to send the item(s) back at your cost and have 7 days from then to return the item/s to us for either a store credit or an exchange.

Please note, that a few conditions apply:

We’ll be happy to accept returns of products that are in new ‘saleable’ condition.

A change of mind includes (but is not limited to), the following:

  1. Accidental order
  2. Better price available
  3. No longer needed/wanted
  4. You decide the item(s) purchased does not match your desired size/colour/décor/specifications or simply decide that you do not want the item(s) at all.
  5. The item(s) you ordered no longer meet your requirements. For example, you have decided you no longer want to purchase a hoodie but would like a t-shirt instead.

If you change your mind about a purchase and return an item in saleable or in the original condition within the return window there is no restocking fee.

If you change your mind about a purchase and return an item in the original condition outside of the return window- there is a 20% restocking fee. We are not required to accept returns beyond the return window. However, if we make an exception, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the return/exchange.

If the item returned is not in a saleable or original condition your return will not be accepted and you are responsible for shipping fees to have the item returned to you within 7 days of us receiving the returned item.

Exceptions to ‘change of mind’ returns:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift Cards
  • Food
  • Perishable items, including live plants
  • Custom-ordered or custom-made items
  • Items that were sold “as is” or as a “final sale”
  • Items with no proof of purchase
  • Used items
  • Items which by law can not be resold
  • Bulk orders (quantities of 5+)
  • Items that are listed as special order

Conditions achieved for ‘change of mind’

If your returned item/s meets these conditions you will have the option of an exchange or a gift card store credit.

If return is accepted as saleable and in original condition, this will include the full value paid minus shipping paid or in the case of free shipping, the cost of shipping that we paid. Your store credit will be valid for one year and any unused credit can be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.
